Blog day 1. Saturday, 17th July 2010.

Went birdwatching. Lots of wind and birds mostly hiding.

Cresswell Pond very quiet. Single Whimbrel and a few Dunlins.

Druridge Pools had loads of Tufties, two Scaup and a female Merganser. Great views of a family of Common Terns in front of the hide on main pool.
