Wasa

I suspect many have had the experience when young, of driving with their Dad and seeing a dead animal at the side of the road:

"What's that Dad?"
"It's a Wasa"
"What's a Wasa?"
"Wasa Rabbit!"

Today we awoke to find a Wasa on our lawn. Was a male Blackbird, probably a first year bird. Or more correctly, its feathers - lots of them.

I suspect one of our local Sprawks is feeling fat and contented.
